New Asia Forum's parent organisation, RIS, has done pioneering research
in the fields of regional cooperation and economic integration in
Asia. RIS research has looked at various aspects of regional coopration
viz. implications of economic Pan Asian economic cooperation, complemenataritiers
and potentials of intra regional transfers of investments, technology
and skills, potentials for financial and monetary cooperation, regional
trade agreements, energy cooperation among various others.
